We’re in aging parents’ homes on a regular schedule across 47 Chicago suburbs. When we spot work that needs a licensed pro or a dedicated crew, we want to send it to someone families can trust.

How it works

01 · We spot it

Problems found early, with photos.

On every visit we check filters, the sump pump, gutters, detectors and anything the family asked about. When something needs a pro, we note it, take photos and tell the family.

02 · We introduce you

A warm handoff, not a cold lead.

With the family’s OK, we send you the details and photos, help schedule a time that works for the parent, and can let you in on a visit day if that helps.

03 · You do the work

The family hears it went well.

You quote and invoice the family directly. We follow up afterward and include your work in our photo update to the family.

We’d rather work closely with a few great businesses than hand out leads to everyone. Each area partnership covers one trade in one part of our service area.
